RAITA BIOKEM 0.85 CLEANER

All wastewater from the property is directed to Raita BioKem. In the BIO processes of the treatment plant, the organic matter of the wastewater and phosphorus are used as food for microbes. At the same time, nitrogen is reduced by adjusting aeration, by nitrification and denitrification. Raita's SMART operating program ensures optimal conditions for the processes.

If necessary, the phosphorus removal power is increased with an adjustable KEM process (RAKE iron salt as a liquid, dosage 0 - 3 dl / treated m3). BIO and KEM processes work simultaneously.

The operation of the treatment plant is automatically adjusted according to the amount of wastewater. Changes in the amount of sewage do not affect the cleaning efficiency. The treatment plant reacts to standby periods (length max 2-3 months) with automatic SMART nutrient infeed.

SMART sludge treatment works simultaneously with BIO and KEM processes. Excess sludge is automatically removed from the process (2-4 liters / m3 of treated wastewater). The sludge is collected in a tank or in a composter (90% reduction in volume in the compost). The tank (600 l) is emptied (after 200 m3 of treated sewage) with sludge truck emptying, alternatively the compost (approx. 60 l) is emptied, for example for plantings, in the garden.

Our collection includes the basic version of the treatment plant, a low model (Low) and a renovation model (Sa). RAITA BIOKEM 0.85 is most often placed outdoors, but can be placed e.g. under the building or in the basement.
