Product returns must be agreed in advance with our customer service, contact us by email (helpdesk@raita.com or by calling (+358 400 912111).

The return of the goods is free of charge for the customer. We pay the shipping cost for consumer returns when it has been agreed with us. For accepted returns, we refund the purchase amount in full. The entire processing of exchanges and returns takes about 2-3 weeks.

The consumer has a 14-day right of return for the delivered product (including weekends and holidays, not the day of delivery). The product must be returned no later than the 14th business day following the delivery date.

The right of return only applies to unused and salable products. The customer has the right to familiarize himself with the product in the same way as he could do when buying the product in a store. The customer can also open the package to examine and try the goods without losing the right to cancel. However, he cannot use the items.
